Bruno Albouse says his recipes are the REAL DEAL. His version of a Ratatouille is definitely the REAL DEAL. His technique of placing the vegetables in a circular pattern makes his dish very visually appealing as well as delicious.
The boys at Sorted Food demonstrate their version of a delicious vegetarian Ratatouille recipe. They were inspired by Chef Thomas Keller’s version in the Pixar movie, Ratatouille.
In addition to demonstrating a delicious vegan fajita quesadillas recipe, Chef Roberto Martin shows a good technique for decorating a finished dish using a simple plastic storage bag. He has wonderful knife skills. I particularly the way he slices green onions. I’m going to try to incorporate his techniques as I prepare this recipe for my friends.
Here is another vegetarian classic, stuffed peppers as interpreted by Sorted Food. This recipe features red peppers, balsamic rice, sun blushed tomatoes, olives, red onions, mozzarella cheese, spices and herbs.
This is a healthy recipe that can be used as an appetizer or an entree for brunch, lunch or dinner. It includes several vegetables and quinoa in a poblano pepper. It’s easy to make and can be combined with a nice salad or salsa for a delicious meal.
