Todd Mohr is a trained executive chef and was taught in a college culinary program and then opened a cooking school – it was here that he developed the cooking program that has now taught thousands to cook.

His online cooking class covers areas of cooking from basic cooking to pro cooking methods and finally advanced cooking.  The main emphasis of this course is not to use recipes but rather understand  the techniques of cooking.
