Any number of filling combinations can be used with this eggless omelette recipe. As presented in this video, Bhavna’s recipe is vegetarian, but it can be adjusted with a couple of simple replacements to make it a completely vegan omelette. In making the batter, simply replace the dairy milk with soy milk. And, in the filling, any number of different types of vegan cheese substitutes can be used in place of dairy cheese.
