Garlic Sesame Kale by Hilah Johnson

blog 1 020313Lately, I’ve seen a lot of people showing a variety of techniques for preparing kale, which is is a very healthy vegetable, with a lot of antioxidant properties.  Do a google search for kale, and you’ll find that kale seems to be a “superfood”.

In this video, Hilah Johnson shows a simple technique for sauteeing kale.  She uses a minimum of oil and simple spices.
