Dr. Ornish was the first nutrition medical researcher to actually demonstrate that diet and lifestyle changes can not only prevent, but can actually REVERSE heart disease. He and his colleagues have subsequently shown that these techniques can prevent and actually reverse cancer, diabetes and increase our telomeres which affects how long we live. These are very powerful results associated with simple changes in our lives.
Dr. Ornish’s program is offered in many hospitals and is now paid for by Medicare and some insurance companies — because it works!
