Gazpachio — Anytime – by Fabio

On his “Chow Ciao” show, Fabio shows us how to prepare delicious gazpacho any time of the year, using supermarket ingredients.  This simple and healthy recipe is easy and quick to prepare – without cooking.

It is made with tomato juice, canned tomatoes, fresh bell peppers, cucumbers, jalapeno pepper, basil, salt, vinegar and a drizzle of olive oil.  … and a blender.  You don’t need fresh tomatoes for this recipe.

This low fat, vegetarian recipe conforms to our healthy nutrition guidelines.
