Dreena Burton demonstrates how to create delicious raw, gluten and soy free brownies. Here is the recipe for this dessert/snack from Dreena’s book, Let Them Eat Vegan. The brownies are cut into small squares and can be frozen to also enjoy later.
The ingredients include several raw nuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pitted medjool dates, pitted cherries, cocoa powder, a vanilla bean, sea salt, and almond extract.
In the video, she also gives a simple trick to help line the inside of a baking dish with parchment paper.
