Chocolate, Cheese, Meat, and Sugar — Physically Addictive; a lecture by Dr. Neal Barnard

capture_30082014_132341Dr. Neal Barnard is a prominent and active researcher into the relationships among nutrition and health or disease.  He is particularly active in fighting diabetes.

In this video lecture, he describes the causes and offers solutions to combat our food cravings, particularly for chocolate, cheese, meat and sugar.

The most serious craving for the majority of people is a craving for cheese.  Have you noticed the huge number of recipes that include cheese?  Did you know there is a morphine like substance in cheese that helps cause this craving?

Watch this video lecture to learn more about our food cravings and how to change them.  It’s important.  This is the second time I’ve included this lecture in a blog  post.

Dr. Neal Barnard is one of our Medical Experts.  He is a very active researcher into the health benefits and causes of disease as a result of the nutrition in our diets.

He and his colleagues regularly conduct nutrition and medical/health research studies.  They publish their results in prominent international peer reviewed medical journals.
