Vegan Sausage Rolls by Candice Hutchings

capture_12012015_144953Candice demonstrates how to make healthy finger food snacks without the terrible unhealthy ingredients contained in regular animal sausage.  She blends almonds, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil.  Then, she adds walnuts, chopped seitan, mushrooms, garlic powder, paprika, tamari sauce, vegan beef bouillon, breadcrumbs and water.  After, she blends this mixture, she adds some chopped red onions.  She adds this mixture as a filling to puff pastry, cut into small triangular pieces and folded to make a roll.  She uses almond milk and sesame seeds to top her puff pastry rolls.  After she bakes these sausage rolls, they can be enjoyed as finger foods with a dip.  She has prepared another recipe here, for a honey – mustard dip.  There are a lot of ingredients in this recipe, but the steps to make it are simple.  Enjoy.
