Rosemary Garlic Potatoes by Monique Koch

capture_27122014_145027Monique uses baby potatoes, which she cuts in half, and tosses with olive oil, rosemary, and garlic.  She places the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.  She bakes them for about 25 minutes, turning them over about half way through.  Delicious.  Enjoy.
