Spinach and Artichoke Dip by Chloe Choscorelli

capture_05092014_213749This is a great appetizer video recipe demo by Chloe Choscorelli with her friend, Roberto Martin. The recipe contains healthy ingredients and is easy to make.  Both Chloe and Roberto are chefs.  You can see how much fun they have cooking together.

I’ve ordered a similar dish as an appetizer when dining out.  It’s delicious.  Try making it to enjoy with your family and friends.

Roberto Martin is the personal chef for Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.

As a vegan chef, he discovered that the flavors that worked in his best non-vegan dishes worked in vegan dishes as well. He has learned how to make easy substitutions of animal-based products with plant-based protein to create easy-to-make, healthy, delicious and vegan food.  Many of his favorite recipes are in his cookbook, Vegan Cooking for Carnivores.
