Ratatouille Casserole by Bruno Albouze

z capture_27082014_102415Bruno Albouse says his recipes are the REAL DEAL.  His version of a Ratatouille is definitely the REAL DEAL.  His technique of placing the vegetables in a circular pattern makes his dish very visually appealing as well as delicious.

When Bruno prepares the peppers to be included with tomatoes to create a  base for the other vegetables, he chars them in an open flame.  This gives them a distinctive smoky flavor.  Most other chefs prepare their peppers by roasting them in an oven.

Serve this dish as a side dish, or with a grain, pasta, or crusty bread for brunch/lunch, or dinner.   You will definitely impress your family and friends when you serve them this beautiful and flavorful recipe.
